Beef Enchiladas

Standard

Enchiladas are one of my boyfriend’s favorite meals so I try to make them in the usual round of food. I recently figured out how to make homemade enchilada sauce and let me tell you, it is delicious. These are a very simple ground beef enchilada, enhanced with homemade sauce and habanero lime tortillas.

Enchilada sauce, I use the homemade one linked below

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and add taco seasoning.

3. Assemble 4 enchiladas by placing 1/4 ground beef mixture and desired amount of cheese on each tortilla shell and roll up.

4. Place enchiladas in greased baking dish and cover in enchilada sauce. Cook 15 minutes
